Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases and quotations from Imetimex Services Limited through this website.

Quotations and prices

Prices shown are in Nigerian Naira. Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Delivery, installation and site-specific works are quoted separately unless stated.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when payment (or an agreed deposit) is received. For bank transfers please use your order number as the reference.

Delivery and installation

We deliver nationwide. Delivery timelines depend on stock and import schedules and will be confirmed by our sales team. The client is responsible for providing site access and the required utilities (power, water, gas, drainage) for installation.

Warranty

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, supported locally by Imetimex. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, power surges, incorrect utilities or unauthorised repairs.

Returns

Kitchen wares may be returned unused in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Equipment ordered to specification or installed is non-returnable except under warranty.
